Verana Networks is building the industry’s first multi-hop self-backhauling 5G Radio Access Network solution for millimeter wave spectrum. Millimeter wave spectrum is abundant and inexpensive. Countries with more than 25% of the world’s mobile subscribers have made this spectrum available for 5G, and more are expected to do so soon. Yet, this spectrum remains unused because using this spectrum is cost-prohibitive with today’s products and network architecture.
